all dogs tags come assembled with one large spilt ring & one small jump ring. no charm(s) & or carabiner clip(s) are included unless they are purchased separately as add-ons

orders will usually ship out approximately four weeks after the date it was placed

dog tags do not come with phone numbers unless they are purchased separately as add-ons. phone numbers are always on the back of all dog tags so that it doesn't interfere with the name on the front. there's only enough room for one phone number
|| no refunds ||
no refunds as all tags are custom made. if there's a problem or issue on my end, i will gladly replace your tag for free. if your tag was broken or lost due to your negligence then i will not replace your tag for free. please reach out to me asap if you notice an issue with your order
|| cautions ||
to prevent choking, please ensure the tag cannot reach your pet's mouth. a smaller split ring may be necessary. i also recommend to not bathe your pet with its tag on, as water may tarnish it
